Jindie Nails – Mango with the Flow

0

TGIF! Let’s continue with another new Jindie Nails shade, Mango with the Flow. This is another shade from the new Spring Chic collection and here’s how Jen descripes it: “pastel peach crelly (cream/jelly) with metallic silver hex, blue & purple iridescent hex, lime green/gold iridescent hex”. The base color is just lovely and also has subtle shimmer in it. I’m in love with the iridescent glitters. They give this one such delicate look. I’d love to see a polish like this with just iridescent glitter. I bet it would give me magical, sparkling fairy fingers ;D

Application is the typical glitter bomb, not difficult but requires some attention. Some of the iridescent glitters got stuck together and I used an orange wood stick to pick them apart a little. That’s not an issue with me, I often do that to spread out the bigger glitter pieces anyways. Mostly this applied very smoothly.

For this I used three thin coats of Mango with the Flow, a coat of Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter Food and HK Girl top coat. This one didn’t want to let me capture all her prettiness but the close up photo show some of the glowing iridescent glitter quite nicely.

Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter A-Peel and Is Someone Loving You?

1

Second post of the day and I was supposed to be posting less ;) I have fell behind on my posts and answering the comments, so I’m trying to catch up a little here. I also want to get this post out now cos Nail Pattern Boldness is having a restock tomorrow, Friday at 3 PM EDT and it’ll be the final restock for the Hello? collection. So last change to get yourself some of those beauties. Here’s one of them revisited, Is Someone Loving You?

This is two coats of Is Someone Loving You? alone, no undies. A coat of Glitter Food and HK Girl top coat.

Also I have some GREAT news for you who love glitter but hate the removal process. Nail Pattern Boldness has come out with Glitter A-Peel, a peeling base coat. I have purchased a bottle but I haven’t been able to test it out properly yet so I can’t say much. I have read reviews saying it works excellent on natural nails though. So you might want to get a bottle for yourself asap and test it out. I will be writing a full review as soon as I have been using it enough to give my opinion on how it works with UV-gel coated nails :)
Nail Pattern Boldness products can be purchased from their Etsy store. You can also find NPB on Facebook and Instagram plus they have a blog.

Jindie Nails – Fantastical

0

I just received the Jindie Nails Spring Chic collection and I’m so excited to show you guys these pretties! Here’s the first one of the six polishes in this collection, Fantastical. There’s so much going on glitter wise that I just use Jen’s own description of this polish: “Bright, pastel coral crelly (cream/jelly) with a mix of satin matte aqua hex and regular sized stars, metallic and holographic teal smaller sized stars, squares, hex and large dots, turquoise, green/gold iridescent hex, plus beautiful color shifting teal shimmer”.

This is truly unlike anything in my collection and the color combination is quite interesting. In the bottle this looks a little dull but on the nails, just wow! The crelly base color is so fresh and summer-y looking. This is a little bit on a thin side for a glitter bomb and application was just flawless. No need to fish for the glitter, even the stars came out easy. I did turn the bottle upside down for a bit before starting to use it. This was three coats but it was almost opaque already on two. Based on the bottle pics I didn’t expect to like this as much as I do. It’s always nice to be pleasantly surprised :) This is a perfect shade for my skin tone and will look awesome when my hands are a little tanned during summer.

For this mani I used: three thin coats of Fantastical, coat of Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter Food and HK Girl top coat.

I also have good news for those of you who don’t like the star shaped glitter in your polish. This will be available without the stars in a near future along with some other Jindie Nails shades.

Jindie Nails polishes are available to US and Canada customers at www.jindienails.com. International customers click here to find a distributor that works the best for you. Jindie Nails can also be found from Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Jindie Nails Be Someone Cute revisited

4

I have already photographed Jindie Nails Be Someone Cute a while ago. On those previous photos I layered it on a base color. This time I decided to wear it on it’s own, no undies. I have to say I like this even more just on it’s own. This is two coats and HK Girl top coat. This is very pretty and being all small glitter it’s different from anything else I have.

Enchanted Polish – Flamingo Freckles (Mei Mei’s Signatures exclusive)

6

Today I have another Mei Mei’s Signatures exclusive polish for you, Enchanted Polish Flamingo Freckles. This one is so pretty, feminine and unique! I love it! On Mei Mei’s this is described as “A gorgeous hot pink jelly with scattered holo, iridescent flakes and glitters in hot orange, bubblegum pink, and tiny white color”. It just screams summer to me. Perfection in a bottle!

Flamingo Freckles applies nice and smooth. This is quite sheer so if you want 100% opaque result I suggest layering this on an opaque base color. I myself love squishy jellies so for me this is perfect on it’s own. On the photos I have two coats of Flamingo Freckles and a coat of HK Girl fast drying top coat.

This can be bought only from Mei Mei’s Signatures. Her store will be closed from 25th of April to 7th of May due to moving house and inventory check. For more information you should follow her FB page.

Cirque – Hellebore

4

Hello my lovelies :) Today I have Cirque Hellebore for you. This is a stunning light green glitter polish with a hint of pink in it. This is so gorgeous and blingtastic! I’m in love (as usual)! All the sparkle and especially the pink was really hard to capture with the camera though. You can see the pink sparkling on the blurry parts of the photos the best. This dries textured and I actually preferred this without a top coat. I did add the top coat in the end and took photos with that too. This and Fleur est Belle have really made me want more Cirque polishes. They have some amazing colors I just have to have!

On the photos I have three coats of Hellebore, for shorter nails two coats would be enough. On the top coat photos there’s also a coat of HK Girl top coat.

I bought this from Mei Mei’s Signatures and they ship worldwide.

Jindie Nails – Barney Blew Up revisited

2

Barney Blew Up is the first Jindie Nails polish I bought. I managed to get it from the first restock it was available in and was sold out in a flash. I was so proud of my quick fingers :D I’ve taken photos of this one before but those are with shorter nails. So now I decided to photograph it again and now I have photos of all my Jindie polishes on my longer nails. On the pics I have three coats of Barney Blew Up, coat of Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter Food and HK Girl top coat.

BG Cosmetics – Ecstasy

10

I bought a couple of more polishes from BG Cosmetics and this is the first one of those two. Ecstasy is from their Party Like a Rockstar collection which includes three other amazing shades. This one is pink, fuchsia, black and gold/yellow hex glitter in a fuchsia tinted shimmery base. I decided to layer this one over my yesterday’s China Glaze No Way Jose manicure. My photos just don’t do this polish any justice. I’m definitely going to revisit this one on a sunny day and wear it alone. This one is so packed with glitter that regardless of the sheer base you can easily wear it alone and get an opaque result.

Ecstasy applied well and evenly. Glitter also came out of the bottle effortlessly. I had no issues with this polish and I love the really bling bling result that sadly didn’t transfer into the photos. On this mani I had China Glaze No Way Jose as a base color, two coats of Ecstasy and a coat of HK Girl fast drying top coat.

I bought this from the BG Cosmetics Etsy store. They have a good customer service and very fast shipping. You should also follow their FB-page for latest news and info on new shades and collections.

Jindie Nails – Barbie Is Dreaming (Mei Mei’s Signatures exclusive)

8

Hello my fellow polish enthusiasts! Today I have a new Jindie Nails, Barbie Is Dreaming for you. This polish is sold only on Mei Mei’s Signatures. Barbie Is Dreaming is a very pale pink crelly with a lot of glitter. This one is so very cute and girly. Colors are perfect for spring and summer too. Neon hexes, star shaped glitters in three different colors, etc. It’s just so much fun :D I really like the baby pink base on this one. Jen does these crelly bases so well :)

Barbie Is Dreaming applies like a normal indie glitter bomb, no issues here. There’s no need to fish for the glitter and even the stars come out of the bottle very easily. On the photos I have three coats of Barbie Is Dreaming, one coat of Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter Food and HK Girl Fast Drying + Super Shiny top coat.

So this one can only be bought from Mei Mei’s Signatures and there’s also many other exclusive shades from other indie brands. I just bought a couple of more myself the other day ;)

Jindie Nails – Snow Angels

6

Today I have yet another Jindie Nails polish to show you. What can I say, I’m hooked on these gorgeous glitter bombs :D This is Snow Angels, a lovely pale baby blue crelly packed with glitter. Like many other Jindie’s, the glitter in this is various shapes, sizes and colors all blended together into a perfect combo. I’m still wearing this as I type this post and I keep checking out my nails. I love the sparkle and color combination this polish has. Very beautiful!

Snow Angels is packed with glitter so you have to pay attention to the application. Application is not difficult though, just a usual indie glitter bomb type. Two coats was enough for my nails and the glitter came out of the bottle easily. Like my other Jindies this also dries pretty fast. On the photos I have two coats of Snow Angels, a coat of Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter Food and HK Girl fast drying top coat.

I’ve also been thinking about maybe making a tutorial of how I apply these glitter polishes as well as a post about my favorite combination of products to achieve the best possible result.

You can purchase Jindie Nails polishes from their webstore that opens before next restock. You can also buy them from the Etsy-store (closed at the moment) as well as LlaroweMei Mei’s Signatures and Ninja Polish. You can find the latest restock and other info from their Facebook page. You can also follow Jindie Nails on Twitter and Instagram. Jen has already given us a little taste of the upcoming spring collection on Jindie Nails FB and Instagram pages.
