I got Burt’s Bees Tips ‘N’ Toes Hand & Feet Kit for Christmas and one of the products in that package was Burt’s Bees Honey & Grapeseed Hand Cream. I immediately fell in love with this hand cream and when the little tube was empty I ordered a normal size one from Lookfantastic.com.
This is kind of a funny one to use. I apply a small amount on my hands and at first this feels almost slimy. It’s a weird feeling. I keep rubbing my hands together until they start feeling really sticky. When they feel so sticky that it’s hard to keep rubbing my hands together I stop and wait for a couple of minutes and after that the cream is fully absorbed and I can continue what ever I was doing. If you apply too much of this the slimy feeling won’t go away and the cream takes a long time absorb.
This is the most moisturizing cream I have found for day use. This moisturizes really well and dries really quick at the same time and that is rare. You just have to find the right amount to use and not apply too much.
I have also been using this at nights too after rubbing Bliss Kiss Pure Nail Oil all over my hands. Works great that way too though then it doesn’t absorb quite so quickly and I usually wear cotton gloves for a bit.
This has quite a strong honey scent so if you don’t like honey this might not be for you. I myself quite like the scent too and it’s not too overpowering.
They have change the packaging and I have no idea if they have changed the formula of the lotion too. This is what they are selling now at Lookfantastic.com. I intend to order another one soon and I really hope the cream has stayed the same.
