I’ve now spent over 3 months growing my nails back to being long and healthy after having acrylic nails on. I still have a tiny bit of damaged nail left (if I filed my nails really short it would all be gone now). I have still been able to grow some length to my nails and they are starting to look much better. Of course I want my nails to be much longer but right now the length is looking pretty damn good after the short nails I had for so long ;) I still keep accidentally filing my index finger nail shorter while filing customers nails. Bad bad habit I need to get rid of.
On the pic I have 2 coats of OPI Natural Nail Strengthener on my nails.
Your nails are really looking lovely! Well done on growing them to this length. I also have naturally thin and peeling nails and have just had acrylics removed. Now I have to start growing my nails. As they are soft and weak I am trying to keep them covered with polish. Do you think the OPI NNS made a big difference with your growing out project?
Avroys: Thank you :) Growing your nails takes a lot of time and patience but it is all worth it in the end.
Keeping your nails covered with polish helps a lot. OPI NNS did help and I also used OPI Nail Envy Sensitive & Peeling, OPI Nail Envy Soft & Thin and Nail Tek II Intensive Therapy. I always use two coats under a color polish to protect my nails.
Your nails are looking amazing! I'm happy for you that they've really come back well.
"Tosin edelleen ärsyttää, että töissä asiakkaan kynttä viilatessa viilailen vahingossa myös aina tuota etusormeni kynttä lyhyemmäksi. "
vanha kirjoitus enkä tiedä oletko jo oppinut viilaamaan asiakkaan kynttä viilaamatta omiasi samalla, mutta monasti näkee että tuo samainen sormi on työn ajaksi suojattu pienellä laastarilla tai teipinpalalla jolloin ei moista viilailuvahinkoa satu :)
