Happy hump day everyone! It’s time for our weekly ABC Challenge again. We are already at the letter G. Time really flies when you’re having fun, doesn’t it? So for G is chose China Glaze Gussied Up Green. This amazing green is from the 2008 Rodeo Diva collection which is one of my all time favorite collections from China Glaze. I can’t be sure if this is my first ever green nail polish but I think this is the one that started my passion for green.
Gussied Up Green is deep dark green shimmer. It has a certain glow to it that makes me love it so much. This applies very well and two coats was enough for an opaque result. I was thinking about stamping over it but after I got it applied I changed my mine. This one is just perfect on it’s own!

Green is my fav color for nail polish, and Gussied up Green has been in my wishlist for years and years but I have never bought it. Maybe I should?

This was my second choice for G, too! Then I changed my mind due to lack of sunlight. I so agree with you about this collection: Retro Diva and Rodeo Diva are two of my overall favourite full collections by China Glaze. If we don't count holos, that is!
Yeah, great collections :) There's not enough sunlight here in Finland at this time of the year so I always use daylight bulbs.

This is a serious polish; a veritable vintage. Gorge! Don't know abt you, but I get chills holding a classic like this in my hands. Just CAN'T wait to work with it…play with it…smell the darn stuff. The whole experience. It stands magnificently on its own, and plays nice with other colors/techniques. Love polishes like that. :)
